Miami Hurricanes Signing Day Headquarters

Mario Cristobal and the Miami Hurricanes enter the early signing period looking to put the finishing touches on a special recruiting class.

After a disappointing 2022 season in which Miami went 5-7, the Hurricanes are closing in on a top five class, according to the 247Sports Team Recruiting Rankings.

Miami enters the early signing period, which runs between Wednesday December 21st to Friday December 23rd, with 24 commitments.

Three of Miami’s commitments rank as five-star prospects: CB Cormani McClainOL Francis Mauigoaand OL Samson Okunlola.

UM has never signed at least three five-star prospects in a recruiting cycle during the 247Sports era, which dates back to the 2011 cycle.

If this UM class stays together through the early signing period, it would already be the best class the Hurricanes will have signed during the 247Sports era.

The Hurricanes currently own a 247Sports Recruiting Score of 292.97 overall and start the day with the No. 3rd class nationally. The best class Miami has signed during the 247Sports era prior to this 2023 was the 2018 class, which had a class score of 280.87 and finished that cycle ranked No. 8 overall in the country.

Miami is poised to sign the best class in the ACC, which the Hurricanes have not done during the 247Sports era.

UM coach Mario Cristobal will wrap up the day with a press conference at 4 pm

Stay tuned throughout the day with updates on official announcements when players sign letters of intent and make their decisions as well as analysis on the players.
